Back when they existed, I couldn’t tell a SCSI cable from a printer cable. 25 and 9-pin D connectors were used for so many things, back in the day.
You can shoot images in JPEG or DNG RAW format - the latter giving you far more tolerance to recover shadows and highlights in RAW conversion software such as Lightroom. Users can choose to use the Basic mode, or step up their options by switching to Pro Mode, which is accessed via the DJI Mimo app when the device is connected to your phone.
System and method for providing locally applicable internet content with secure action requests and item condition alerts Patent No. 10264398
Abstract: A multi-tier platform provides security at a perimeter of a computer system, where an intermediate layer interacts between a web layer and an application layer. A data request that is associated with a data set is received at the web layer and passed to the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer determines the authoritative source for the data set and whether the data set has a static or dynamic value. If the value is static, the intermediate layer accesses the value stored at the intermediate layer. However, if the value is dynamic, the intermediate layer queries the source registered to the data set, obtains the value from the authoritative source, and returns the dynamic value via the web layer, where the registered source may be internal or external to the computer system. Consequently, the intermediate layer may function as an aggregate layer that supports both database and messaging services.
I don’t know what the killer app for these would be, but I could see using it to drive a stepper motor type automotive gauge from an analog input, a simple sequencer for timing a camera shutter, or some sort of smart nightlight. It could probably replace a 555 timer in a lot of applications and add some smarts.
Would be interesting to see if this gadget comes back around next year with an option like that. That watch crystal up at the top of the PCB also hints to some kind of timer functionality, which doesn’t seem to be in the current software.
“They’re up roughly 2% nationwide, year by year – highway workers being killed in work zones,” he said. “They’re simply doing their jobs to provide for their families and make it home alive. That shouldn’t be too much to ask.”

According to Dr. Roman Ostholt, vice president of LIDE at LPKF, “Thanks to [LIDE], it is possible for the first time to create deep microstructures in glass without causing microcracks, stresses or other surface defects. Machining is extremely precise and the process is fast. With the use of LIDE-processed glass, even more is possible in heterogeneous integration in advanced IC and wafer level packaging than before.”
