Abstract: A method for channel state information (CSI) feedback by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method comprises receiving, by the UE from a base station (BS), CSI feedback configuration information to report a covariance matrix indicator (CMI) indicating a NN channel covariance matrix (K) associated with a downlink channel matrix, wherein N is a number of antenna ports at the BS; identifying, by the UE, the CMI that indicates a set of L basis vectors [a[subscript]i[/subscript]], i=0, 1, 2, . . . , L1, each comprising a dimension N1, and a set of L[superscript]2 [/superscript]coefficients, [c[subscript]i,j[/subscript]], i,j=0, 1, 2, . . . , L1, and that represent the covariance matrix (K) as a weighted linear sum [tilde over (K)]=[subscript]i=0[/subscript][superscript]L-1[/superscript][subscript]j=0[/subscript][superscript]L-1[/superscript]c[subscript]i,j[/subscript]a[subscript]i[/subscript]a[subscript]j[/subscript][superscript]H[/superscript], wherein LN and [superscript]H [/superscript]denotes a Hermitian transpose, and transmitting, by the UE to the BS, the CSI feedback including the identified CMI over an uplink channel.

Abstract: Load balancing is facilitated utilizing geographical location and mobility speed. Factory overclocked models like the Asus and MSI cards I'm using for testing of course cost more than the base models. However, if you want something faster than a base GTX 1650, you should probably look at the GTX 1660 or AMD's RX 570/580, or even a previous generation GTX 1060. They require more power than the 1650, but any PSU with the required 6-pin connector should more than suffice.
